Inspired by the surrounding architectural character, the palette is composed predominantly of neutral brick and bronze detailing, fostering an organic, timeless and textually rich aesthetic. Cultivating an enriching indoor-outdoor living experience, the façade integrates expansive voids that serve as generous, sheltered balconies – usable throughout the entirety of the year. Elevating this seamless connection to the landscape, floor-to-ceiling windows capture breathtaking views while infusing the façade with a dynamic sense of reflectivity.
